Long-run Steel Re-roof

A new roof that goes on between the fronts — and stays on for decades.

A re-roof is one of the few jobs where the weather is part of the plan, not a footnote. We measure and quote off the real roof — pitch, penetrations, flashings, the state of the purlins — then book the strip-and-relay into a clear window so your house is never open overnight. New long-run steel, laid on self-supporting underlay, screw-fixed to the manufacturer's pattern, with ridge, barge and apron flashings folded to suit. Old roofing goes off site, the lawn gets a magnet sweep, and you get a roof warranty you can hand to the next owner.
