Pool Fencing & Compliance

Pool fencing carries more liability than any other fence on the property, and the rules are specific: any pool, spa or inflatable holding 400mm or more of water needs a compliant barrier, full stop. We build to F9/AS1 — minimum 1200mm on a standalone barrier, 1800mm where it sits on the boundary, no gap a 100mm sphere can pass through, a clear 1200mm non-climbable zone outside the fence, and a gate that self-closes and self-latches from any open position. Every job finishes with the compliance check done properly and the mandatory 3-yearly inspection booked, not left for you to remember.
